Obama will do a public statement on international tv. He will then declare the United States as a defunct entity and will usher in the North American Union. Just like the fall of the USSR, so July 20, 2014 will be the fall of the USA.

There will be a new entity issuing currency to the public however, the value of the currency will be devalued by 90%. If you had $100,000 in the old Federal Reserve System, that $100K will now be worth only $10K in the new currency. All debts in the old system will be settled through the BIS for 10% of their value. If you were in debt $100K in the old system, that debt will now only be $10K in the
new currency of the North American Union.

The value of your assets decrease by 90% as well as your debt decreases by 90%, this prevents the bubble from bursting into disaster. It is a controlled restructure. And the US National Debt of $16 Trillion is now only $1.6 Trillion. Lagarde already told you to Drop the Zero, this is what she meant.

The Federal Reserve Notes will now be called the Amero and you will be able to get them from your current banking
institution. All ATM withdrawals or bank withdrawals after July 20, 2014 will be transacted in Ameros. $100 US Dollars in the bank will now be $10 Ameros. Gasoline prices formerly $3.49 a gallon, will now be 34.9 cents a gallon.

Another 2 things, the fed originates our credit that is fungible with money, and it is legally defined as our "currency". That means for the credit to have use throughout it's lifespan (based on some maturity of debt) it must have some originating interest rate, why?

FV = PV (1+0)^i

For the math challenged, anything raised to the exponent of 1 is identity, the same value as before regardless of the duration.

FV = PV

The future value is equal to the present value. But our system requires the future value to be greater since interest on the debt must be serviced.

We have 5 years running now of zero percent interest rates, that when the average maturity of that creates matures, it is worth nothing more than when it was originated.

Big problem. Now if other countries stay pegged to the dollar, they are slightly behind the curve since they do have fixed costs in converting their own currencies to the dollar (or else the dollar would have no advantage). That means if the credit we issue has the same value in the future as the present, other nations immediately take the loss due to their fixed costs.

It's really freaking simple people if you would all just quit drinking the koolaid.
