I disagree. It would be a slap in the face for obama's handlers. Biden would never be taken seriously, and the public would be emboldened to make more changes.

The House alone can't remove him from office. Without control of the Senate, it would just be a symbolic move. And Harry Greed won't be bringing up an impeachment trial while he is Senate majority leader.
