They keep sending me bills for $0... I tried to straigten it out for 6 months, so they sent me a refund check for $30... I paid my lap top off early to avoid, collection calls for 3 different groups from Dell.. even though I was ahead on my payments buy 6 months.... I filed a complaint with the FTC, because it took them so long to credit my payments, they must have sent them to India by boat.. what a joke... I think I'll try an Apple lap top now since they run Windows ... |

I got so sick and tired of their poor service that I paid cash for the XPS rather than have to deal with them. The XPS wouldn't run normally at first, and although India was very polite on the customer service support phone, it took them 3 weeks to figure out that configured the start up software wrong... |
