Candida. Treat the systemic yeast. You'll never get it under control (without ongoing treatment) if you're heavy metal poisoned. Yeast becomes manageable about halfway through chelation. In the meantime, there are quite a few good products out there. Candidase is pretty good product, that can usually be bought locally. If you educate yourself a little bit, you can go cheaper with things like grapefruit seed extract, pau d'arco, oil of oregano and biotin - all yeast fighters.

Other obvious symptoms of yeast (candida) gone crazy - mouth tastes like absolute ASS when you wake up; increased ear wax, eye boogers.

It would be worth your time to educate yourself on the effects of yeast. Letting it run rampant in your system isn't a good idea - many of us believe yeast overgrowth is the building block for cancer tumors, diabetes and many other degenerative conditions and diseases.

Stop drinking alcohol

Stop drinking coffee

Make use of teas whether hot or cold. There are several organic herbal teas that are sighted to work towards healing skin conditions, such as psoriasis and eczema.

Purchase a simple colon cleansing kit. Educate yourself about colon cleansing. Most skin problems originate within the bodies vital organs before they manifest to the skin.

Stop eating processed foods, sugars, flour. Until you get your skin under control.. then you can test around and eat to see if anything specific triggers reoccurrence. Most processed foods that contain hydrogenated animal and vegetable fats will trigger outbreaks.

Educate yourself on proper nutrition and what foods work towards helping you instead of harming you. Get a good sleeping routine down coupled with exercise.

Neutrogena used to make a clear shampoo that contained salicylic acid which was extremely helpful in removing the scales. They also make Neutrogena T-Gel which is a dark brown and contains pine tar. Most people find relef when they wash daily with the shampoo and use a tanning lamp (a doctor should determine whether UVA or UVB is appropriate for your condition - you would need to find a Dermatologist with a psoriasis treatment center). What you have to remember is that psoriasis is tied to your immune function - science is still not sure of the mechanism. And certainly tied to how your body processes Vitamin D. This is why UVA and UVB treaments often help. Dovonex is a very strong Vitamin D derivative that can be applied directly to the effected areas. Prescription only.

Many people have experienced relief by bathing in Dead Sea Salt Water. There are, in fact, many psoriasis treatment centers on the Dead Sea. You can buy the salt directly and dissolve it in hot water to wash your scalp. This is even more effective when combined with UV treatments.

I too have had this condition. It does drive you crazy. I got it every time I use fancy store bought shampoos. Also when fabric softener sheets were used on my sheets and pillow cases. I tried everything from T-gell shampoo, head and shoulders all the remidies at the shampoo isle in the store. I even used pine tar soap, that slowed it up alot but no cure. What works for me is no fabric softener on my pillow cases and a product called Dr. Bonners almond soap. I shampoo with that and use it on my body with a thingy, It goes a long way. It has thousands of uses, just read the lable if you have time. Most health food stores sell it and some super markets too. I mean it works, my hair never looked so nice. No etchy scratchy bumps and dandruff. Foods could be a source, probably for some but I eat from my garden and own stock, so not in my case. If I borrow my wife's or daughter's shampoo, Wham I got it again. Just try the stuff and clean produce from the store with it too.

There are alot of people without health insurance. There are alot of people that can't even afford the fees needed to create your file and actually see a doctor, let alone the actual doctor's fee.

There is bound to be a reasonable answer to why you and this other person is outraged that simple people are sharing simple advice.

Years ago I found Oxyfresh Pet Gel at the vet's. It was originally promoted to soothe teething puppy gums. Was putting it on the puppers, had some left on my hands, and figured --- what the heck, if it can go in the pups' mouths, why not try on my eczema patches --- much better than any creams, steroids, whatever. I keep a tube handy. Funny thing, years later what shows up on the instructions label? "Safe to use on oral and external open wounds and abrasions".

I have heard washing your hair with ones own urine will work wonders!

T-GEL is the shampoo that helps. But if the psoriasis is so bad the OP should consider Enbril. Enbril is the shit.

It works but only for short terms. In between, I rub my scalp with rubbing alcohol.

No matter how much or what I use to wash my hair, I'm always left with white flakes on my scalp. Itchy too which can sometimes make my face red for some time afte washing it.

If I let my hair dry after washing then rinse again, most of the white reactions on my scalp go along with the irritation so I aslways thought it was shampoo I wasn't getting out. But it's not that. I don't think it's Psoriasis either as there's no sores or anything I would consider to be it.

It calms down but everytime the hair is washed it comes back. Happens even when I use TGel.

You need a big bath time with sun in the black,dead or red sea!
2 weeks minimal.
May be it will help or you need the salt of those seas in your bathroom.

I had this for a year and a half, only thing that worked was to stop using regular shampoo and use 100% natural shampoo.

take a food holiday

eat just one type of food for 2 weeks

nothing else if you possibly can

assuming rice isn't the aggrevator it should by day 10 or so be noticably better

if not go a 3rd week

then have rice and a second food for a week or 2 and see what happens

it's very difficult but your only hope

Truly Works like a miracle! One part Apple Cider Vinegar, one part water in a spray bottle. Saturate your dry hair, and cover your hair with a plastic bag (Grocery one will work) leave on for 30 minutes and then wash out.

This does not burn me at all. I do this about twice a month with great results.
