Laws do not apply to everyone. You don't have to worry about California law when you're in Nevada and visa versa. If you're not a US citizen you don't have to follow the laws that only apply to US citizens.

My understanding on this is that you can get things thrown if there's no damage to property but if you cause damage to property then even the above will not work. And rightfully so! Otherwise, murderers, rapists, and thieves could never be prosecuted, that's not rational or defensible obviously.

You can always beat the commercial (admiralty/maritime) court by losing the "name". But if you DID damage someone or something, a common law court could be convened (and yes, a Judge could call a common law court proceeding if he wants), and you would have to face the claim against you for damages, where the "legal name" does not matter since men can bring a claim against other 'men' for remedy. All courts should be "common law", and NOT the fraud we experience in the commercial court jurisdiction.

Here's one for you all. I was at court last week defending myself against some bogus charges brought by a couple of lying cunts in police uniforms.Had never defended myself before so i was a bit nervous.

Long and short of it i was found not guilty of all charges.BUT here is the sting in the tail. After the judge found me not guilty i mentioned that i had incurred over £200 in expenses and who do i see about compensation.I was then informed that there is nothing set up under law that compensates those found not guilty and brought to court.

This itself is fucking criminal.The lying scum police got all their fucking expenses paid YET i could not claim back all the cash i had paid out travelling almost 250 miles and spending 2 fucking days in Glasgow.THIS IS NOT RIGHT. The poster is wrong in saying any judge can have a common law court, since every judge works and is endorsing the US Corporation and their courts are not allowed to operate in common with the law of the land.

There is one court and one court only where a man or woman can stand and it's only found at the Dostrict Court lever and requires redemption before one can have standing there.

No Judge will be there, it's all done by the redeemed man or woman with the District Court Clerk serving as the recorder. Not even Federal Judges have jurisdiction there.

Not necessarily. You can appear in court to announce, while seated (not standing when told to stand - too late then) that you do NOT consent to the proceeding, and that as a man you will not under any circumstances give surety to the "legal name" printed on the court papers. Then leave. But yes, if they get you under their jurisdiction, you will lose. The sovereignty argument is lost when you try to argue that YOU own the legal name, all rights reserved, etc, because you DON"T own the name. The state does (which means the Crown does), and you commit fraud the second you say "that is me". They have you. It isn't so much that the arguments are not valid, but you argue using something THEY own. Lose the name, win the game is the ONLY way to beat them. As for state citizenship - again, it doesn't really matter since they OWN the name, and they get YOU to commit fraud by using it.
