Can you understand the written text or are you just one of the DARPA's aoutonomous social bots? Very limited group of people, ie. us, was aware of the capabilities of the CIA. For the broader public it was just conspiracy theories. Not anymore. Yesterday the proofs were released to the public audience. With the named instruments and specific passages of codes there is no doubt about the sizes of the plot against the people. Air-gaping viruses, remote control over the cars, airliners, trains, capability to falseflag hacker attacks. All of this shed the whole new light on incidents as Hastings' or Wellstone's deaths, Russian hacks, 9/11, Trump's wiretaps.
