Chemtrail Geo engineering attack above my house-never seen before evidence of HAARP operations

I knew it I knew it! My area has been chemtrailed hard, same amount and patterns they were doing when they evoked that polar vortex bull shit! Now a week out they were forecasting it again, no , they were just telling us!
I was moon watching when the moon was full two night ago. Trails in the sky were staying until they blowed into this one spot, then they broke up like the slow was being vibrated in that one spot. The type of cloud formation in the same spot no matter what cloud blew over it. Tonight the temps drop 15 degrees in minutes! How about that! I'm so pissed but now I really look crazy as all get out when HAARP claims it no longer functional! No they just didn't want to keep updating the website so thu told us it was closed. How can this be stopped?!?!! I'm in central NC where are you OP? Just wondering if they are getting all of us at the same time!?

Boy that title is a bunch of word salad, isn't it? I see two contrails with a perfectly normal cloud formation. Do you live near an airport?
