NO TRACES OF AN EXPLOSION?

Can someone please look at these photos of the recent crater/sinkhole that appeared in Northern Siberia, and explain to me how dirt(and probably some ice) became piled up around the rim if there was no kind of "explosion"/upward movement. I would just like to better understand the geologic forces that could account for the berm of dirt. Thanks folks.
