I need to know what the number before 42 on the left is. So I look for the complete sequence. Here it is:(click on the thumbnail to magnify it)

And I outline the group of numbers shown in the movie. The number to the left of the first 4 on the left is "1"
Now arrange the sequence as shown in the paper. You get:
1 4 2 4 1 7 1 2 0

Although the last number on the paper looks like a 6, it is a zero. Unless they changed it deliberately from 6 to 0. (wonder why?)

Take the last 20 and place it to the left.
You should get: 20 14 24 171 . With me?
Keep 20 14 separate.

Read the rest of the sequence of numbers from the back to the front. You should get:
17 142.

Add 1 4 2 = 7
7 is JULY, the 7th month.
So you get 17 JULY

Bring the first four digits to the right. That is 20 14.
The date reads 17th July 2014.

And the moive is associating this date with a plane crashing to the ground, leaving wreckage very similar to MH17.
The reason for the scrambling around of the numbers , was so it wouldn't be easy for you.

there was a train crash in the knowing movie too.
there was 4-5 days ago a high speed train crash in france. but i dont think its that train crash that movie predicted, i think something bigger...
