A call for logic:

If a country is at war for 50-60 years,they will use that time period to enhance their military cap,

Having large stocks of old equipment and a very large army of grunts will deplete a nation treasury and leave no money for innovation.

Every time I read about a country military cap,a laundry list of mechanized,artillery,infantry regiments,army corps,brigades ,comands shows itself in front of my eyes.I wonder: do strategic leaders in those countries have such larger brains (maybe they are like Grays) to keep an order of battle of these disorganized forces?or do they spend weeks or months trying to figure out what corps has what capabilities and who is better at doing the job done.

And what are the roles of the ones in the chain of command?Are they simply put,speakers? The Romanian Army has 4 armies,each army has 4 corps,each corps is made of 4 divisions,which are made of 4 brigades,which are made of 4 regiments which are composed of 4 batllions which are composed of 4 companies which are made of 4 platoons,each having 30 men.That's my picture,at large and I don't want to know more.Of course,there are thousands of diff equipment,millions of different "flavors" and strategies,but it's up to the comanders directly in charge of those units to use them efectively.

I think that it should be very obvious that North Korea is manufacturing the Mig 29.Nobody seems to know where they acquired the Mig29s they have.North Korea has a very advanced machine tool industry that at the most is ten years behind ours and since the Mig 29 was designed about 30 years ago it would be well within North Korean capabilities to copy it.The version they have seems to be the more advanced Mig 29C version.I do not think any nation would be willing to sell Them this version.Manufacturing The Mig 29 would go with their Juche Self reliance goals.They already have developed hovercraft which reqire high capacity gas turbines.
