Hmm. Looking up new technology since 1970 would be a great start. Examine those gadets / knowledge and decide if man could process that (mind wise) w/the technology known at that time. Then look at patents and who registered that patent. Would be a good place to start. I did a quick search, many many links.

Lazar now lives in Lainsburg, MI. He sails scientific supplies on line now. I have family who lives in MI and they say he rearly comes off his property for any thing. And from time to time vehicals w/ Gov't plates are seen going to and leaving his property. So?

And it is him. I met him 2-3 times before I was old enough to know about Area-51.
