Five months ago I read an interview the NATO Allied Supreme Commander Breedlove gave regarding Russia's growing troop strength all along the Russo/Ukraine border. He indicated that if Putin launches full-blown invasion of Ukraine and continues to move West the NATO forces, did not and would not, have to wait for Russian forces to breach a NATO member country's border.

It's Poland troops coming back from afghanistan after long term occupation. Arrived in Odessa on ships from afghanistan and now are loaded on trains to send them home to Poland by rail.
