This equipment was located just south of Lubbock, TX on Hwy 84 and was moving north. For those that say it's being moved overseas; they would be moving south towards the ports in Houston or Corpus Christi, not north into America's heartland. Quoting: Informed1 [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] Great job OP Thanks! |

Oh thats right.. Fear mongering halfwits.. check Quoting: Anonymous Coward 60418320 I didn't say it was to kill Americans. Just found it odd that desert camo equipment that is usually sent to the Middle East, was moving away from the ports on the Texas coast. No reason for that equipment to be moving to the interior of the US. Reporting on things out of the ordinary is not fear mongering it's due diligence. could it be hardware coming back from the middle east?? just saying. |

Mystery solved. |

deanoZXT User ID: 50248451 United States 07/21/2014 07:51 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Okay, all the people saying if it was to be shipped out, the rail cars could be heading south to Texas ports. Well there are major ports all up and down the west Coast, like L.A. and San Diego. If this equipment was going to the Pacific, they would not ship out from Texas ports. Then again, this is just normal movement, and no FEMA caps are going to open up next week. Just because people flip out over seeing military equipment on rail cars. The military is not going to load up C-17s to move mass heavy equipment within the states. For non emergency/catastrophe reasons. It's too expensive. Odds are most of that equipment is "mothballed" anyways. :ohlook: Last Edited by deanoZXT on 07/21/2014 07:53 PM -Everything's more awesome when you lean into it. |

Oh thats right.. Fear mongering halfwits.. check Quoting: Anonymous Coward 60418320 You're the halfwit because nothing in the thread title indicated military vehicles on the move to kill Americans or anything of the sort. Just made mention that a lot of military equipment was moving north away from any known military bases in Texas. There are no Army or Air force bases in north west Texas and the OP just is asking why so much military equipment including Abrams takes moving north west towards Lubbock Texas. But lets look at American history shall we? If you think the US Govt would not militarily attack it's own citizenry then I guess you never have picked up a US history book and read it any length of time. Not saying this time that a lot of US military personnel would go along with orders if given but the fact enough of them will. Kind of like the Civil War when the US Govt was split in half and we had Americans fighting Americans and guess what buddy? over 500,000 Americans were killed in the American Civil War and it was US Union troops pillaging and burning whole cities which these days would be regarded at war crimes. So I think you have this crazy notion that a civil war scenario of Americans fighting Americans in a full blown war would never happen. Which means you are basically a very ignorant human being! |

Doubt it because moving north on US-84 in Texas there are no known military bases of any kind, Texas has 7 army and air force bases and none located in the Lubbock area or even north in the Amarillo, Texas area. Closest military of any kind near US84 in Texas is south on Interstate-20 near Abilene, Texas. US military bases locations in Texas: [link to militarybases.com] |

But there are other bases in other states. Just a quiescence that most of America is nothing of Texas? One has to think larger then just one region. -Everything's more awesome when you lean into it. |

The true mark of a shill or paid government employee is attempts to: * Crush critical thinking * Ridicule anyone whom uses deductive reasoning * Redirect all attention away from the initial questions or topic raised. * Attack the OP * PRETEND THAT EVERYTHING IS NORMAL So you saw an alien ship landing in the street and then vaporizing 1,000 people... AND? And your point is? Question everything..... While still believing in the overall good of humanity! |

Repaint and refurbish. Black for DHS and Woodland camouflage for the Military. It takes a long time to move equipment back to the states from over seas. They'll blow the budget to get them to a war zone quickly, but use the cheapest and slowest means to get them home. . Not sure where the Army Depot is where they do this. . |
