Re: Reverse-engineered alien propulsion technology (video)
I have one question that I did not find an answer of yet, maybe someone can explain? If this fluxliner can travel at the speed of light and faster, how will it prevent from bumping into space debris? Does it have an electromagnetic force field around it so it pushes objects away? Or is it that when one travels at the speed of light one vibrates at higher speed and this way goes through objects?

It can't travel at the speed of light, it's complete bullshit.

The gravitational waves that bend space and time around the object moving "forward" also cause it to be able to both repel and attract objects within its path allowing it to slip by unscathed?

I assume when the object is "flying" it is sort of phase shifting between this reality/dimension and another?

Im sure it makes sense somehow but to us its just "magic" right now.

Thanks, yeah I was thinking that myself. I think the only way to travel safely at such speed would be shifting in between dimensions like traveling through a wormhole. That would also be easier to navigate, similar like traveling on the innerstate highway.

Warp bubble protects it. Space with the debree moves around the bubble never comes near the craft. I think....

That would make sense since one has to account for how the occupants of the craft can tolerate, what appears to the eye,
UBER high g-forces that would normally kill a pilot and crew.

Re: Reverse-engineered alien propulsion technology (video)
I'm so relieved this was pinned. Watched it yesterday and I've been a little nervous about it. They're fucking killing kids now to keep this shit secret. BTW, I'm not saying nothin' - I really, really wished I had not paused the video and read any of the text. If you're up to speed on the tech, an alarming number of missing pieces are in the drawings as well as phone numbers and addresses.

I'm not building it. I'm not telling anyone. I'm going to forget what I saw. In the interim let's hope there's some safety in numbers for those of us who watched it.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 4419687

So has OP video been debunked ?

Is it jenkum?
 Quoting: Astral Goat

Just out of curiosity I tried to do just that. First of all the kid that made it is definitely fucking dead. Initially it seemed like it might be a marketing ploy but I dug around and found the obit - outside of that - they've made him disappear from the internet. I could find no history, no imdb, no pics - nothin'. As far as the science goes the people in it are very real and the science is very real. All of the materials referenced exist and are totally legit.

I'd say all in all this has both intrigued and terrified me. Seems like an interesting subject but if they're gonna whack a film school student for a senior project, my curiosity has been satisfied. This is easily 10000 times scarier than anything I've ever watched on the internet. I can't help but wonder if they warned the kid or how this even got released, or why it's still up. Maybe to flush out the others?

One other terrifying thing; Thomas Valone. When digging to see if this was internet BS, I discovered they fucking killed his kid - but they let him live. Must still be useful? Either way, I ain't messing with this shit!

All the more reason to watch the video, imo. Death comes to us all. Better to meet it living by your own rules.

If you allow yourself to be deterred by scare tactics and their heinous displays of brute force, you've lost. What good is a life lived in shame? A life lived as a coward?

Where is the deathstar? The sketch looked pretty fucking stupid to me. Oxygen tanks and a hatch on top? I'm sure there is crazy tech but how is a human going to take that thing to the speed of light and not smash into anything? How would they not have a way to make or supply oxygen? If you can travel faster than the speed of light, surely you could brew your own?

the same way a bullet can go through plate steal.kinetic energy.that craft is going so fast that it can even turn dust into atoms.but also the em shielding,or flux as they call it.flux=plasma,liner=shielding,skin.
plasma destroys almost anything it touches.like the sun only hotter.that capacitor plate setup has enough energy in it to turn a person into dust if they were able to touch it.never walk up and touch a ufo.or the b2 stealth bomber right after landing.

you only need oxygen for a few minutes.trips dont take long at ftl.
ftl is possible because einsteins equations were for a perfect vacuum.theres no such thing as an absolute vacuum.

As an object speeds up, it becomes elongated. This happens with any object and at any speed. The greater the speed, the more dramatic the elongation.

To travel faster than light, the bubble would become so elongated that it would literally pass through the photons of energy that comprise an object. Presumably the inside of the bubble would seem completely normal.

That's my guess anways.

Now that I think about it though - all the billions of dollars spent looking for exoplanets suddenly makes sense. Every couple of weeks there's a new news story about an earth like planet 'only 40 light years away!'. If aliens don't exist, NASA is dead and we can't even get to our own moon anymore why in the fuck would they waste the resources looking for other earth like planets?

Re: Reverse-engineered alien propulsion technology (video)
this area of physics is still kinda gray to me.i think it has to do with the voltage of the plasma.as the voltage goes up,at some point the object may just pop out and back in.like quantum particles.quantum particles need millions of volts to be created.where as that craft starts out in the thousands of volts.the reason i say this is the capacitor plates should short out at the millions of volts.due to dialectric strength failing.i know the vid suggested millions of volts but i think they dont know.its like saying stun guns are millions of volts.in atmopheric temp and pressure.an arc length determines voltage.so ten thousand volts is about a centimeter if im correct.like a spark coil on a car.but a 100,000 volt van de graff generator has sparks about 10 cm.plus xrays form at 15000 volts so that explains the lead paint to protect passengers.the radiation from space is shielded by the high energy plasma.so most of the performance is in the current.those capacitor plates can hold some serious current.

so there may be stretching up to a certain voltage but then just pops out of existence.if your theory is correct then it should be able to fly through a planet or the sun.

Looks like this is some 1st generation design, more like a proof of concept. What we see is 70 year old tech. I'm sure the latest version has all that covered.
