Uh, Jim Willie is someone I have met. The last thing you want to do is listen to one fucking word this moron says. He costme quite a bit of money, I followed his written financial advice and he was WRONG and I was wiped out.

I use to say that nobody has a crystal ball to see what the market's going to do, however, these people sure do, they manipulate the market, take bailout money, low interest loan, then pay it back with tax payers dollars, and money they made from manipulating the market. Our own politicians cut deals, make money and profit from every law they pass and every war they fight. - and take advantage of us.
When you follow the money, it leads to those who are in control.
Just because Jim Willie doesn't have the same crystal ball as the market manipulators, then he recommends something broadly speaking, it may not pertain to you personally.
I do not believe that Jim Willie is licensed to give financial advice, he may hold a PHD, which means he can write, say anything he wants, and is not bound by the same level of compliance and ethics as someone who is a CFP or an FA.
If your gripe with Jim Willie is that YOU followed his written general advice, then shame on YOU.
If however, he gives you specific advice after gathering your personal information, then this is something completely different, he had better be licensed to give said Financial Advice!
I certainly won't agree with 100% of what he says, however, much of what Jim Willie discusses in this interview is spot on. So, take what Jim Willie says at face value, look for the facts, do your own research, and draw your own conclusions.
