Regarding children......

Be very, very, very guarded about the person you will have children with. Study them and their parents hard. Look at every detail, mental illness, aptitude, genetics, problems, as once that baby is born it'll be attached to you with all it's genetic issues and problems for life. A new life should not be an accident. Especially with the wrong person.

I never understood why parents don't stress this simple mega-issue with a fkg sledge hammer.

And, you have no idea who you have in a relationship until at least a year or two, maybe longer while they're on their best behavior performing for your acceptance.

Business.......

Never hire an experienced auditor/CPA as your CFO. They can steal your money without a trace. You'll always suspect and never know.

Finance......

If you're an extreme introvert, ugly, fat, deformed, or just young with no respect, you should seriously consider starting an Internet business. Find something to sell on the Internet where your age, looks, gender, deformity, don't matter.

This is big. You have to think this way today.

No one in the corporate or work world gets any respect until they're at least 40. An Internet business changes all that as you become invisible to the end user, they only see the product and the website.

Health.....

I regret losing half my life struggling with extreme weight problems, inflammation, and health problems because I missed the fact that the food supply, especially processed food, fast food, and restaurant food was so heavily laden with sodium, sugar in 15 different forms, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, and any of 10,000+ chemicals that progressively got worse every year, since the mid 70s.

The funny thing is I tried to eat healthy processed food, and better choices at restaurants, and almost never ate at fast food restaurants, and it didn't matter.

Don't sneeze with your head bent downwards. Sneeze with your head comfortably elevated, in the natural position for sneezing.

Never put off til tomorrow what you can do today.

Don't trust no bitches...
