Environment vs. Heredity.....Let's honestly discuss

I will honestly admit, I always (and still do)think that people are people. Inherently, people are good, and want good for others. I was not raised in a "privileged" home (far from it), but not raised in an "inner city" slum. I was always (and still am) appalled by racism in all it's forms.

A smart person, is a smart person....does not matter what color, race, or religion. I'm sorry, but if you hate homosexuals, but "they" can help your family in some way,,,....and you say no....God created them...and maybe to help you. Can't argue that.

Anyway....I see tons of posts here saying that our American immigrants are going to suck the life out of our country. Of course they are "immigrants"....the same as what came here years ago (I did). I can completely see how these "immigrants" are not here to "contribute"...at first...but want all the taxpayer benefits.

Are we the Christian country that takes all those that are poor and hungry (what Jesus said), or do we close the borders and only take care of ourselves....?

I'll wait to give my (updated) opinion!!!!
