opting out of fingerprinting for drivers license

Here in Cali I don't know if you can opt out. The "new" DMV system is directly linked to DHS...that's the reason for finger prints...not cool

i could have gotten a "federal" license, i heard some government buildings may require the federal ID to get in some day.

Looks like I will no longer be driving if this hits my area.

Put a couple of tiny dots of rubber cement on your fingerprints just before you get your license renewed.
