Join a softball team, book circle, or start taking the yoga classes at the gym. You need to be around women in a group setting so they can get to know you, THEN maybe you'll find a crush or flirtation.

Be casual about it. Women would prefer to friend a guy who is ok w being single. Women are easily creeped out by a guy on the prowl.

Don't ask the girl at the gum out, ask her for advice on cardio workouts. Then a few days later, think of something else to ask her. Then maybe in a month, invite her to your softball game.

People are drawn to those who are warm and exude a sense of security, well-being, and confidence. Some of this has to do with your outward appearance. Are you need and tidy? Not an excess of tattoos and long, greasy hair, grungy clothes with the pot-belly hanging out over your pants? What about your teeth? No woman wants to kiss a man with chipped, missing, and yellow teeth. Yuk!

Have you worked on your own personal success? In other words, are you a success at whatever career you have chosen? I don't mean you need to be rich. Who would date a burger-flipper or a check-out guy at Home Depot? You must have some long-term viable plan rather than just coasting day-to-day in limbo.

Do you work on your health? Most women really don't care much for the kind of guy who smokes weed well into adulthood or takes other drugs, smokes cigs, or drinks to excess. Keep your weight down.

Do you have any hobbies? Even if you aren't a rocket scientist, you should by adulthood have several things you are good at and that you like to do (video games and video gambling are negatives for women). Do you garden and know a lot about it? Do you fly fish and tie flies, hunt, golf?

If you can't get women to look at you and you are not happy with this aspect of your life, you need to look towards yourself to see just what you are doing that is turning the women off.

Only place I get to meet woman is at the gym and even that is a problem because woman just go to workout and not be bothered ,at my work)office) it's just a small business office of four individuals so no woman here,I stop going to clubs(too loud)but I have been thinking of joining clubs like a run club etc

OK, so it sounds like you are kind of introverted and also like to work out. I think some women might be a little intimidated, mistaking your shyness for arrogance.

You say you are 5'9" which knowing guys means you are probably more like 5' 7 1/2" or 8" - and that might be a problem for girls over 5' 6" who don't want to be taller than their date/husband when they wear shoes. But, that's not something you can do anything about as that's their issue not yours.

Since you like sports, I suggest you join the running clubs and things like that. Get a dog and jog/walk with him to the park daily (girls love guys who love dogs).

Got to ask yourself are they really worth it? Do you realize how fickle women are today? How hard it is to keep a woman happy? Most marriages end in divorce.....usually because the woman ends up bored. 70% of divorces are initiated by women. Then you're stuck in an even worse place than where you were!
