What kind of dog do you have?

i used to want a pit bull, because they are so loyal.

But every retard lower life form owns one. And they do like to kick other dogs asses too much.

so maybe something similar though.

It's always hard letting go, even if it's "better".

My first dog of my own I got right before I left for basic training in 2001 (parents watched him). A Rottweiler named Wiley.

2011 I had to put him down as he got bloat, and I lost a piece of my soul that day.

My mastiff is getting there, though I don't expect any dog to ever fully get to his level of amazing. That dog saved my life, in numerous occasions.

When my baby died, I got very sick, lost 50 lbs and got/am dangerously thin, had to quit my job, and had more cameras and radiation in my body than is advisable.

I was truly brokenhearted and somehow manifested my grief into physical sickness.

It was the first steps on a spiritual journey for me that has changed my life completely.

Considering everyone on this forum claims to hunt regularly there are very few hunting breeds listed in this thread. No hounds, pointers, setters? We have a GW pointer. I always thought dogs were happiest when that had a job. He hunts, he swims, he fetches the newspaper, he breaks up the two cats when they fight and tattles on them when they get up on the counter to scrounge around for stray food. He's a god boy.

I'm blessed to share my life with a Belgium Shepherd and a Pit/Husky mix. Both rescues...both so individual....they make life fun.

I have a pit bull who looks like he has on a tuxedo his name is Rochester.

I also have a Chihuahua who looks like a reindeer her name is prancer :)

Bullmastiff / German Shepard mix.
He is going to be 8 yrs old in November
He greets me when I get home and guards the house when I'm out.
He is menacing to anyone that comes up to the house.
But when my grand sons visit he lets them climb on him , play ball,
pulls them in a sled in the winter.
5 years ago he jumped up so hard I ended up having to see my Doctor . Long story short they found cancer.
My dog also saved my life, and I will be forever great full to him.

Used have a black Lab , she got old and sick . Vets bleed me dry then she died . RIP Sweep old girl

Now I have a Beagle , pain in the arse, but love her to death . In to everything and will eat anything , there not called Beagles for nothing lol .

I have a Bassett hound/ fox hound cross, funny little bastard he is, and a labradoodle.

I had to post even though I don't have a dog, but I miss my dog Suki who was a beautiful Border Collie (with over 3 acres of running space of course), very sweet and active girl who had died suddenly after acting very strangely for a day. I think she was bit by a spider. :(

my husband has always wanted a pug.

If you get a Pug then you have to get a long hair Persian cat too, because both look like they run onto a brick wall with their face.

We have a pug/shih tzu mix and a Chihuahua/terrier mix. The first looks like a long haired fawn pug and the other looks like a toy sized hyena. Dazy - the pug cross is an avid watcher of television. Her favorite shows include Frasier, Game of Thrones, Merlin, National Geographic, South Park and anything with monsters or animals in it. Even the theme songs of her favorite shows makes her go beserk. I think she would eat Cartman if she could get through the TV screen. She seems to believe he is the root of all things evil.

Border collie. Great at herding cats.

Awww. I have a Chiweenie too- she is only 6, but, she is pretty sure she is 'people'. LOL

We also have a Pomeranian - chihuhua mix that just turned a year old. He eats everything! Shoes, tables, toys, and feet.
