In my opinion, government leaders using military aircraft should have to use military airports, not commercial airports. They are soooooo freaking disruptive to the industry which is already stretched to its breaking point due to crowded Flt corridors and jam packed airports.

During the last presidential election season any time a candidate was in the air on the east coast, dozens of commercial planes would be diverted out of their way causing 2-3 hr delays at major airports. Ridiculous.

I agree, they should use a military airport. It would be safer. They have one too, it's called Richards-Gebaur.
