THE LAST ONE FROM THE ENOLA GAY

Theodore "Dutch" Van Kirk, 93, was the last surviving member from the Tibbet's crew of eleven... until this last Monday. Van Kirk -then Captain- was the Enola Gay's navigator during its historical missión with "Little Boy" onboard. Van Kirk believed that the bomb was the right stuff to finish the war.

Next year is Hiroshima's 70th Anniversary (100.000 human beings died INSTANTLY), one of the biggest moral dilemmas in human history, a very polemical issue about its "rightness" from its very beginning til now. Anyway, every historian agrees about this: it was done, and nothing was the same again.
