[link to www.intelforest.com] This video shot inside a tunnel in London shows al Qaeda and Islamic State flags displayed by Jihadi militants in long motorcade. I would call this a “red flag”. Once Jihadists starts to appear in public with the “black and inscription” flag of al Qaeda and ISIS, you are in the presence of the roots of forthcoming Jihadi action.
