Back in the days of PS2 I used to go down the rental place hire new game for £2.00, go home and make a copy of the game haha. New PS2 games for £2.00.

Don't really care about the video stores much. Video is more catered to the lifestyle we live today. I really miss the record stores.

Back in the 80's our parents let us pick the titles. The kids got Mother's Day and West Side Story. We were not allowed to watch Mother's Day because everybody was getting there heads cut off and shit.

We still have one old school video store in our little rural town. It's been open since 1994. It's kind of a community treasure and everyone supports it to keep it going. The only thing I don't miss about video stores is the hour it took for my husband to figure out what he wanted to bring home. We usually left with at least 6-10 movies at a time. Now, just pull up amazon or netflix on roku and we're set.

the town I grew up in had the best video store! Video Archive.. Quintin Tarantino worked there and always gave great movie advice;)

Loved going in with my friends when were young,parked our bikes right in front of the door. We would spend awhile just looking at the posters on the wall and try and pick movies the movies with the most nudity.
The guy behind the counter was cool with letti g us rent pretty much what we wanted until we were caught watching "I spit your grave" that stopped that.

What I loved about videos stores was finding the rare gems.
