It's a person who works for the intelligence service...and what they do is to pretend they are crazy and they talk to themmselves and make noises and stuff around a particular targeted individual.
There are those who will make the claim that such people use a kind of psychic, sort of telepathic thing to kind of "tap" the target on the shoulder...or, rather, on their nervous system...
I am such a person.
The way this is done is like a caugh or some sort of noise, which by some sort of a trick, they can seem to target to a particular individual, as if they were calling you, or even tapping you on your shoulder. But, of course, since they said nothing, it's like a very weird thing you know...like they are calling your name, or perhaps, just saying, "Hey you!" And when you look at them, they pretend to be insane, or something else, and not at all trying to get your attention.
For a newcomer to intelligence...or even for an old time veteran, it can be maddening...you know what they are doing...but how can you say anything?
So, I know a few tricks to deal with this myself, but it still sucks pretty bad.
I hate them so bad I can't even tell you... |

In response to that, I am sending out two more letters that I wasn't going to bother sending...

I had a mockingbird that decided to live in my yard for a little while a few years back. Noisiest, most creative devil of a bird. It drove me nuts. Thankfully it finally left me alone. |

yesterday, under a mocking bird nest, i saw a heap of baby bird feathers. someone didn't make fledgling class.
i like the song of the mocking bird and i like how they look in flight. i've never had trouble with them. |
