Nobody has time for themselves anymore

All you do all day is sit around discussing about the celebs, doom, the weather, current affairs and who is to blame.

All this while you consume numerous amounts of nachos and dr pepper.

What about spending some time to reflect upon you?

Where have you been and where are you going!!

Take a long beach walk and meditate. Take a walk in nature. The answer may come to you through divine inspiration.
