Re: A breakthrough cure for ebola
Let's face it, Ebola is scary and if they really didn't intend to use it to scare us (terrorize) or as a threat against our population, they would not have intentionally braught it here unnecessarily.

It's sort of like when a dictator develops a nuclear weapon.

Any one want to fuck with Obama now?

Re: A breakthrough cure for ebola
I think we would all like to know what happened regarding the following breakthrough findings.

In 2010 a group of scientists published results in 'The Lancet' regarding their discovery of a cure for ebola. The following article comments that it is strange that, apart from one UK newspaper, no mass media outlets report about this discovery.

Here is a snippet from the article. You can read the article in full at the link below:

'The scientists, led by Thomas Geisbert at Boston University, used a relatively new genomics technique called RNA interference to defeat the virus. Here’s how it works. First, a little background: the Ebola virus is made of RNA, just like the influenza virus. And just like influenza, Ebola has very few genes - only 8. One of its genes, called L protein, is responsible for copying the virus itself. Two others, called VP24 and VP35, interfere with the human immune response, making it difficult for our immune system to defeat the virus.

Geisbert and his colleagues (including scientists from Tekmira Pharmaceuticals and USAMRIID) designed and synthesized RNA sequences that would stick to these 3 genes like glue. How did they do that? We know the Ebola genome’s sequence – it was sequenced way back in 1993. And we know that RNA sticks to itself using the same rules that DNA uses. This knowledge allowed Geisbert and colleagues to design a total of 10 pieces of RNA (called “small interfering RNA” or siRNA) that they knew would stick to the 3 Ebola genes. They also took care to make sure that their sticky RNA would not stick to any human genes, which might be harmful. They packaged these RNAs for delivery by inserting them into nanoparticles that were only 81-85 nanometers across.

In the key experiment, the scientists infected rhesus monkeys with a dose of Ebola that was 30,000 times greater than the normal fatal dose. They injected the siRNA treatments 30 minutes later, and again each day for 6 days. All the monkeys survived with no long-term effects.

When I read this story in The Lancet, my first reaction was: wow. A brand-new antiviral treatment, and against Ebola? In a commentary in The Lancet, Heinz Feldmann wrote that we are “in desperate need of approved countermeasures against Ebola-virus infections,” and called the new study a “milestone.” That’s putting it mildly.'

Re: A breakthrough cure for ebola
100 grams (not milligrams) of vitamin C intravenously is not something you can replicate orally, even with lipospheric vitamin C. All this chatter about bolstering your immune system has to do with SECONDARY immune response (antibodies). IV vitamin C bolsters the PRIMARY immune response which is the production of hydrogen peroxide. Excess vitamin C will cause a massive increase in naturally produced hydrogen peroxide. There are NO VIRUSES OR BACTERIA know to science that can withstand hydrogen peroxide - it is ONLY a question of "how much" to knock out the infection. 100 g per day for a few days is INFALLIBLE as a cure for any infection, including ebola. Even on GLP people are subject to the 'fear porn' of this ebola nonsense.

Re: A breakthrough cure for ebola
It also helps to put Ebola in perspective. Since 1976, Ebola has infected fewer than 5,000 people and killed fewer than 3,000. That’s in Africa, where over 1 billion people live. By contrast, poor, “boring” measles still kills 122,000 people every year and killed over 2 million a year in 1980, before widespread vaccination campaigns. According to the WHO, in 2012, malaria caused an estimated 627,000 deaths, mostly among African children. Also according to the WHO, since the beginning of the AIDS epidemic (which dates back almost as far as the discovery of the Ebola virus), HIV has infected over 75 million and killed 36 million, with approximately 35 million currently living with the infection. None of this means that we shouldn’t take Ebola seriously or that much larger outbreaks couldn’t happen. Nor does noting this difference minimize the deaths of people infected with the disease. We should note from these observations and others, however, that Ebola is unlikely to reach such numbers because it is simply not infectious enough and Ebola outbreaks tend to “burn themselves out” because, unlike HIV or measles (which are also transmissible human-to-human), Ebola virus disease is so rapidly fatal.

Re: A breakthrough cure for ebola
As for the disease, it is not as bloody and dramatic as in the movies or books. The patients mostly look sick and weak. If there is blood, it is not a lot, usually in the vomit or diarrhea, occasionally from the gums or nose. The transmission is rather ordinary, just contact with infected body fluids. It does not occur because of mere proximity or via an airborne route (as in Outbreak if I recall correctly). The outbreak control organizations in the movies have no problem implementing their solutions once these have been found. In reality, we know what needs to be done, the problem is getting it to happen. This is why community relations are such an issue, where they are not such a problem in the movies.

Some of you know that I do energy/imbalance work. That being said, I went through a whole list of 120 herb/extracts to uncover the eight best to beef up one's immune system and fight this virus.

Herbs last a long time, and are relatively inexpensive.

Here is the list of eight:

Cinnamon Bark
Olive Leaf extract
Hyssop
garlic bulb
horseradish root
prickly ash bark
Echinacea root
black pepper

100g per day? That is a lot. I know the most given in one dosage was 250g with next to no ill effects (minor dizziness).

Using the "recommended" daily allowance of 100mg, a 100g dose is equivalent to 1000 days worth or 100,000% daily intake. Make SURE you consume lots of water as the uric acid will build to insane levels with that sort of vitamin C dosage. Probably OK for 3-4 days but I would still take care in diluting that vitamin C with water. Even 5g (5000% RDA) to a cup of water is probably dangerous to uric acid levels when consumed on a daily basis.

Speaking from personal experience and direct shared info from others who have also been treated, 100g of IV vitamin C is entirely safe, in ALL respects. Zero risk. 100mg a day RDA is a joke, and may only serve to keep VISIBLE signs of scurvy at bay. 3 grams (3000 mg) per day orally should be the minimum RDA.

What about Nano Silver.

That Lady Dr Said it was 100% rffective against ebola.

The one who said she was in South America
 Quoting: REDSKINS RULE

Colloidal silver is a highly effective antibiotic. Better then any antibiotic that they have created in the lab. Cannabis oil is another effective killer of cancer and many other diseases.

I don't think I would trust any drug that the pharmaceutical companies come out with. It's all about the profit. What else would be in that vaccine that would be killing us?

Many years ago they realized that vitamin D was a prevention of most all diseases, so they reduced the RDA to 400mg a day, which doesn't do a damn thing. That is why we all end up getting so sick. That, and lathering on the sunblock, so that none of the natural vitamin D can get through. Fill us up with poisons, chemicals in our food and water, and what do you get? Zero immune system! The only way to prevent ebola from getting through is to build the defence.
 Quoting: katballoo

Yes, CS is a very good antibiotic but people need to read up on it now to learn how to use it. It should only be taken when sick and sparingly. It will also kill even good bacteria so make sure to have an acidophilus supplement to take later on.

The scary part is, if Ebola was created as a bioweapon 30 YEARS AGO with only 8 genes,....imagine what has been created since with nanotech and supercomputers cracking codes..... Probably would have more nasty symptoms and most likely easier transmission

I believe this is a genetically MANipulated virus between the Marburg and Ebola virus that was created by Russian scientists that can be used as a bio weapon for de-pop. It was said that that the original founder of this virus whom injected himself was found dead bleeding from his pores.

Is there any eyewitness accounts of the dead with these type of symptoms?

Liposomal is supposedly as good as IV, but you have to make sure you get from a reputable source.

I still think IV is better. I wonder what type is safe for IV?

I think it can cure cancer too.

What LOL. vitamin c to kill ebola? I think this is not true and dangerous. To say vitamin c cures all viruses could put a lot of people at risk. People will be running around with ebola not getting the help they need because they have vitamin c. It is almost like the africans believing it doesn't exist
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 47899682

What help is there? There is "no cure" according to them. And so, they just watch you struggle with the disease and die.

So, taking 100 mg C, (I would make up lipsomal C and take quite a bit), taking Collodial Silver, taking MMS at the malaria dose, SURE WON'T HURT, compared to taking "nothing".

You can buy 3 pound jars of powdered sodium ascorbate everywhere.

This is what you make the IV solution with.
