The Hamas took the majority of the UN and Arab Monies, and instead of investing it in something logical, they built a giant gallows right underneath the State of Israel. A Massive Concrete Beehive of tunnels and chambers through which any invading army, be it Iran or Isis once entering Gaza could have, and would have snuck up on the Israelis from below. The Gazans voted those people into power. Sacrificed their own children to them in the construction of those tunnels.
