Cell Phone Intercepts Alien Voice Message. First Contact?

You know what I find crazy? I posted a video about 4 years ago of a phone call that left me wondering about the unknown. Instead of being connected with the person I was calling, I was connected to a strange otherworldly language. I recorded the event and posted the video on YouTube, and since than I've had hundreds of people from all over the world leave comments about the exact same thing happening to them, and when I say exact, I mean exactly the same alien sound I herd from start to finish. Now, what I find so strange is that this isn't just isolated to cell phones. People have left comments on my video of them intercepting this strange sound on their landline and even stranger, coming from their TV. This leads me to believe this is something more than just a technical glitch. Could it be first contact? What better way to reach out to us than from our cell phones and other technologies we currently have. I'm honestly surprised this story has never surfaced on the news. I just wish someone with more creditability could investigate and explain how and what is happening. Please GLP community, help me find the answers to this bizarre anomaly.
