So methinks the Ebola is a MIHOP or LIHOP.

So the way to predict what they will do is to look for various,'who benefits?' scenarios.

My bet is on the money[sic] Whether IS or another patsy, this scenario would benefit TPTB greatly. First is the symbolic; the almighty dollar IS America's symbol. How easy would it be to have an operative cross the border with some infected bills safely tucked away in a baggie. Looks totally like what you would expect in a normal crosser, just a little cash secure and dry, no physical symptoms nor time constraint as you would have with an actual infected carrier who would be getting really sick in an uncontrolled timeline.

This cash could be easily passed, all you'd have to do is drop the bills and they would be swept up and into pockets or returned, either way no matter.

So to protect yourself and society et al, you have your bleached cash, lots of small bills and coins to make exact change in a baggie. Exact change whenever possible. If you must take change,have the clerk drop the money in your other baggie for later bleaching. Wear gloves.(I'd love some GLP branded gloves.)Quit picking your nose!
