Armed to the teeth in full battle gear and they see US as the enemy.

They forget that they are our Civil SERVANTS. They took an oath to Protect and Serve, they seem to be confused about who they serve.

So many of the COPS today are roided up freaks in some kind of a frenzie to hurt the first person they can get their rotten hands on.

We no longer have Police Officers who Serve and Protect, they are now “LEO’S”, Law ENFORCEMENT Officers in heavy armored BATTLE Gear.

Fire the Police chiefs, recall the Mayors , send the message that we the people BBQ-ing on our patio are not the ENEMY.

Bruce Bourgeois Jr. was arrested in Independence , Louisiana ( see the irony ) for not providing his ID when requested by the local LEO’s , Cop’s, Police. The police used the commonly used method referred to as a “Terry stop” .

Chief Frank Edwards III stated that police were allowed to make the arrest because the suspect refused to identify himself.

SUBPART D. OFFENSES AFFECTING LAW ENFORCEMENT
§108. Resisting an officer

A. Resisting an officer is the intentional interference with, opposition or resistance to, or obstruction of an individual acting in his official capacity and authorized by law to make a lawful arrest, lawful detention, or seizure of property or to serve any lawful process or court order when the offender knows or has reason to know that the person arresting, detaining, seizing property, or serving process is acting in his official capacity.
B.(1) The phrase "obstruction of" as used herein shall, in addition to its common meaning, signification, and connotation mean the following:
(a) Flight by one sought to be arrested before the arresting officer can restrain him and after notice is given that he is under arrest.
(b) Any violence toward or any resistance or opposition to the arresting officer after the arrested party is actually placed under arrest and before he is incarcerated in jail.

(c) Refusal by the arrested or detained party to give his name and make his identity known to the arresting or detaining officer or providing false information regarding the identity of such party to the officer.

(d) Congregation with others on a public street and refusal to move on when ordered by the officer.
(2) The word "officer" as used herein means any peace officer, as defined in R.S. 40:2402, and includes deputy sheriffs, municipal police officers, probation and parole officers, city marshals and deputies, and wildlife enforcement agents.
C. Whoever commits the crime of resisting an officer shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or be imprisoned for not more than six months, or both

I'm not going to get pissed off over a morbidly obese spearchucking career criminal and terminal welfare case finally getting his just deserts. The man was a violent felon who was convicted of 1st degree assault and numerous other charges (not just selling untaxed cigarettes).

He was a piece of shit who sold cigarettes to children and who was merely given a citation the last time they caught him, which, I imagine, was because he chimped out on the cops last time to avoid another arrest.

The video was also shot and highly edited by a convicted felon with a record of rape, assault, etc, etc. He cut out all the parts showing the NUMEROUS chances this piece of garbage had to be arrested peacefully.

I'm glad this garbage is dead. My only regret is that he wasn't killed before he had six worthless children who will also grow up to be eternal welfare leeches and career criminals.

If you guys want to be on the side of rapists and convicted felons then go for it. I'll side with the humans.
