At about 2min, I'm pretty sure that is a DHS cop. He goes from just noticing him to drawing and pointing the taser in 5 seconds flat. The city cop in blue body language is kinda like WTF, who cares. I think the DHS cop had his Wheaties with a side of steroids that morning. On a side note, I bet if the two dudes had worm white Tyvek suits, no one would have given then a second glance.
