Ebola - History Rhymes

I've just had one of those evenings where you surf the net and one thing leads to another. Anyway wiki and other sources suggest that the black death / plague got a foot hold in Europe in 1348. I found it slightly interesting / worrying that this was 666 years ago!

Also the black death was thought to enter Europe in 1347 of all places via Crimea, a source of much news recently!
