You are pretty much terrified and don't know whether you will be raped, carjacked or murdered. I bet this is what they did to the cop...they don't care who it is...all of my students carried guns, too. The littlest guy, who weighed about 50 pounds...we caught him bringing a 9mm to school..needed it for protection on the way to school. When I lived in the area... there were murders all of the time in North County..it is well known not to go there. All of this being said... city and Governor are absolutely negligent in not calling in the National Guard. People should be demanding it. I agree with most of what you said except that it is east side kids. There are plenty of young thugs in the county. Not many were commuting for this. These guys were from Ferguson, Kinloch, etc. Yes..my kids were from an alternative school, worst of the worst, all convicted felons who were not allowed to be sent to prison due to their low IQ's and special education status. They are not all commuting from the East Side....but most of my former students were posting video and photos on their FB's and bragging about being there. I am a certified teacher but also have an undergrad in Criminal Justice...I taught and was head of security for this school. My point is...there is organization in order for my former students to be involved. They simply don't have the cognitive ability to show up at a certain place at a certain time with thousands of others to riot and loot. Ferguson and Kinloch can def. fill the city up with looters and rioters without help from the ESL wasteland!  I don't know about the organization part. I agree that there are strings being pulled from above, and that was probably what started this to begin with, but once started, all it needs nowadays to continue are a few idiots saying on Twitter "let's go loot [x]" and it getting thousands of retweets. :african: Yeah, this is what I'm leaning towards too. Not really much organization needed. Although I do get the point about the East Side kids not having the cognitive ability to do too much. I would never underestimate them though. We are talking LOTS of street smarts!!! |

And with the whole trust issue going on with rogue cops (abusing citizens) gangs (targeting just about anyone) & the media (spinning it their way) who the hell to believe is a crap shoot. Can't tell who is/isn't telling the truth anymore, everyone is lying. That whole cliche one bad apple can ruin the whole bunch sure seems to be playing out these days. I guess the truth will eventually come out, but in the meantime, no need to hurt additional innocent people and destroy the local businesses.
