Both police & ISIS not just tools of TPTB....

they are also victms. Sure the police are the instruments by which TPTB enforce their rule. And sure ISIS is a Western project to create desired political outcomes across the Middle East.

But they are as used and disposable as we are. Right now police are doubly a militant force used for control and an excuse for socialism hidden under the guise of civil and economic justice.

ISIS was never intended to achieve it's stated goals. It will never have a caliphate, not a real one. Nope. ISIS was created to cause dramatic upheaval and then to be crushed at the right time when desired political outcomes are achieved.
