"Hello, I am from a Japanese television production company. We are interested in using one of your video clips
in our show. If you own the rights of the original video, could you grant a license for the usage of the video? If you are not the owner of the original video, could you please tell me who the owner of the original video is? The TV program will broadcast video footage of extraterrestrial life, and are planning on making a section of that focuses on UFO sightings. We do not intend to introduce the video in a negative way."
