FOIA CIA Report Vanished - Geopolitical Predictions for 2020 - Cycle of Fear Scenario

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet and tell you that a very important CIA report entitled 'Geopolitical Predictions for 2020' has vanished completely from the cia.gov FOIA library reading room.

What does this mean? I don't know exactly, but the fact that it is gone does not sit well with me. Here was the original location: [link to www.foia.cia.gov]

If I were you, I would download anything and everything you may think is important from the FOIA reading rooms from various gov websites!

This report contained detail scenarios involving arms dealers being implanted with micro chips! Example:

Person A: "I worry about the chip."

Person B: "Got one embedded in you?"

Person A: "Well, better not. I don't believe what those guys claim about protecting privacy. Too much has happened. Martial law. Talk of preemption, special measures."

It also talked of a new caliphate and a Cycle of Fear ...
