Quoting: wk On a side note, does anyone know what happens in the end? Are these people in extreme pain when they die or are they in a non-feeling Zombie like state? I read that several patients who recovered don't remember the experience- it's as if they have amnesia. Good thing- it would be awful to remember it. |

Didn't I read on another post about some form of SALT WATER bath being a cure for Ebola? What if THEY start using bath salts to try and cure the disease? WE KNOW how welol that works don't we. People getting their faces eaten off by those fun loving bath salts peoples is no laughing matter. Ain't no zombie lika hungry zombie cause hungry zombie don't STOP! I thinks therefore you is. Anonymous Coward User ID: 56144605 United States 08/14/2014 10:29 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This in unbelievable. In the past week, I've done my own observations and came to the conclusion that those infected with ebola were actually The Walking Dead (Zombies). They were going to die, and everyone they touched was going to die too. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 60646739 Then, as I was reading this account about Patrick Sawyer, the man that died after a nasty plane ride, a doctor actually connects Ebola with the word Zombie. You can't tell me this wasn't planned..... SNIPPET: A classic sign of infection by Ebola ... is a certain expression that invariably creeps over the patient's face as the infection progresses. The face become fixed and "expressionless," "masklike," "ghostlike" (in the words of doctors who have seen in), with wide, deadened, "sunken" eyes. The patient looks and sometimes behaves like a zombie. This happens because Ebola damages the brain in some way that isn't known. The classic masklike facial expression appears in all primates infected with Ebola, both monkeys and human beings. They act as if they were already embalmed, even though they are not yet dead. The personality may change: the human patient becomes sullen, hostile, agitated, or develops acute psychosis. Some have been known to escape from the hospital. What if this virus affects people's minds and makes them go out and try to infect others? Could it be "The Thing" come to life in reality? [link to www.youtube.com (secure)] .... This is from another poster. What's described is exactly like what occurs in "The Thing." The Hot Zone tells us the reason that health workers are at such risk even if they suit up. When an ebola victim "crashes and bleeds out", blood, vomit, feces, melted skin and all manner or horrible bodily fluids literally go everywhere. Spashing, gushing, spraying everyone in the room. ... Oh absolutely, it's been speculated that when they get at the end stage that's EXACTLY what happens - it zombies you out and searches for a new host because it knows you're dying. In a sense, you become the virus and the virus becomes you. In terms of number of cells, the human body contains 10x more non-human cells than human cells. Our individual microbial worlds certainly impact how we behave. that cat disease toxoplasmosis causes people to do things to spread the disease |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 56144605 United States 08/14/2014 10:32 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So what you are saying is there is an elite group of scientists that got together to transform the ebola virus into something that makes them act like zombies while at the same time killing them. Yep that does resonate with me. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 55724136 the cdc and dhs have been training for a "zombie outbreak" the coincidence is shocking |
