Well there may be the occasional nut job that would aspire to spread Ebola, I don't believe that Ebola is a tool of the elitists. My line of thinking is that Ebola - by nature of how uncontrollable it is- is an unexpected kink in the elitists plans.

They have many other tools they can use. Releasing a virus into the populace is probably counterproductive and too uncontrollable, IMO.
