Today I am finally getting after all those eggs.

About 150 in 3 big pots on the stove now.
These are from another Amish friend. He's started an egg producing operation.
They are 'pullits' or small eggs from hens just starting to produce.
I paid $1 a dozen for 30 dozen eggs!!!
I also bought 14 gallons of fresh raw milk for $2 a gallon and stocked the freezer. the milk lasts about as long as the boiled "Pasteurized" crap from the stores after freezing. I'm guessing it is not quite as healthy as some bacteria is now not active or is dead. BUT it does not have Aspartame like the milk from stores have now.

You did know that, right?
FDA approved adding aspartame last summer,
WITHOUT IT BEING MENTIONED ON THE LABELS........
PHUKKERS.

I only have one 'Pickling mix' and several for 'Bread and Butter' pickles.
Some for sweet pickles.

The one pack for dill will do 7 quarts.

I guess I'll be doing 7 quarts of dill and a batch of 7 quarts of sweet.

We'll see how many eggs there are after that.

Maybe try a bread and butter mix too.

150 eggs starting to boil.

I do NOT look forward to peeling them all!

I found 3 eggs that floated, first one had some cracks.

I opened it over my trash can......BIG mistake, it was rotten, green!
Smelled like green rotten meat.....
Had to wash out the trash can.

The second one was pitched outside, had no discolor.

the third was black inside........

So, checking eggs to see if they float I guess is a good thing.....

Time for some Jerky?
I have one pint jar left from one of the first batches.....
I might start drying some of the 10 pounds of meat in fridge now, 2 batches!!

Take note that Dr. Christopher's formula is virtually identical. From over 100 years ago.
I'm sure that Schultze studied Christopher's work.

I have 4 gallons of Persimmons from end of December in freezer. This is about when the deer usually clean up the whole area IN ONE NIGHT!!!
Also have Black Berries canned raw in pints.....so I can do Black Berry Persimmons too.

I've lived by their teachings for over 30 years!

I love making that plaque remedy!

Used to be I always had stomach trouble, ever since I had Lymph cancer at 5-6 years old. Doctors said my stomach was full of it.

Right up until I started eating hot peppers, maybe about July last year. I also almost 100% gave up soda and the GMO HFCS
(Genetically Modified High Fructose Corn Syrup) and i stopped eating at restaurants.....less than once a week.

Last time I had a Wendy's burger was maybe last August.
Less than 2 liters of soda since Marie left.......
April last year.

My stomach is now like iron but I eat almost 100% things I grew or killed myself and canned.....

And I've dropped 45 pounds. My back is stronger and fewer aches and pain.

In better shape than 99% of the men alive now!!

Still avoiding peeling those 150 eggs......

I think the colder they get the easier it will be.

I put the eggs in the fridge, one giant pot in water. Hoping that chilling them will make them easier to peel.

working on drying the 10 pounds of roast cut and coated for jerky. I have 6 sheets of foil about 15" X 12" each covered in 5/16" thick roast slices, coated both sides.
I did place this in oven earlier in day for 10 minutes at 250.

My thinking is get the juices flowing, help dissolve the salts.

There was a bit of fluid on each layer, i think it worked. Done about 6 hours ago.

Now I place one layer on each of 2 oven racks. 10 minutes at 250, leave oven closed, allow to sit for 1/2 hour in hot oven.

when opening, I carefully save the liquid that accumulates,
Kinda like a 'liquid smoke'. Keep in fridge, use for cooking flavor to add.

The jerky needs to be turned over and done again, 250 for 5 minutes, leave in hot oven.

This will be the 5th time I've done jerky this year.

First time ever. Super stuff!

Goes faster than chocolate!!

Drinking a quart of my tomatoes with bell and banana peppers.

Huge dose of vitamin C......Yummie too!

Non GMO!

Before the fighting starts. I will not have time for it then.

I got all of the 150 eggs peeled this morning in about one hour.

I learned a few tricks doing so many.

Started out maybe 30 seconds or so for each.

At the end i was down to 5-7 seconds for most, pulling the shell off in 2 halves for most.....

I'd have to explain it, wasn't too bad.

Had a pickup to work on, electrical problems.

A lot of that these days. 85 Chevy club cab pickup.

Lots of bizarre electric problems. Got much of it sorted out today, more in morning.

Maybe work on eggs tomorrow, maybe not!

Friend is supposed to come over at noon to help finish his pickup wiring nightmare.....
I've got it narrowed down to the steering column, after fixing a few wiring issues elsewhere.
He replaced the turn signal actuator.
Was not mounted firmly, steering wheel nut was not torqued down.
I think we have a pinched wire in the bundle going down the column.

I have the pickled eggs in pressure cooker now.

One Pickling mix makes about 7 quarts. With average of 8 eggs per pint I packed 36 pints with eggs, 33 with the liquid mix.
32 fit in one tall pressure cooker at a time.

I think I will get more eggs and Milk soon so the 4 left over, 3 not filled with mix, will be done in a few days after picking up more eggs. AND more mix!

Finished the 10 pounds of meat made into Jerky. I packed 8 pints with Jerky, prolly ate 1 in last 2 days......
Leaving in fridge on a cookie sheet helps to dry it out.

Those go into freezer to extend their 'shelf life'.

Bought a pretty large pile of relatively cheap food at an Amish "Food Auction" today.

Had no clue this was happening, stumbled upon it.

I bought the last of the eggs, 7 Dozen, and the last of the raw milk, 6 gallon, from his Dad's farm up the road.

Stopped at another 'Store' looking for Garlic for the Plague recipes....There the Auction was.

Nobody has any. I did get a couple jars at the local Grocer when I was canning Venison.

I have most of the ingredients for the Plague remedies now. Still need some Ginger, I think some rosemary would be good. Radishes I think I'll leave out......

Definitely need to start with gardening pretty quick.

Others are agreeing with me in that I believe if it is not under a roof this year,

It will not grow.

The Chem Trails are getting insane. Aluminum Oxides are killing the Ecology.......

Good luck with a garden this year.

Time for a larger greenhouse. Time for another storage building or Geo Dome so I can get the stuff out of my 20' X 16'.....Lots of work needing to be done.

I have lots of food but it is not going to last indefinitely
when the people flood soon comes from the cities.

My new friend is coming over in morning. He has been to the Amish stores but I think is due for milk and eggs.....

I think he will be getting a lot of what I bought today, at cost.
He's got I think 7 kids.
Had a date with a '2nd wife' prospect Friday night.
Known her for a year, he and his wife met her for first time last night.

Edit, also stopped at my local pawn shop turned second hand store (no more pawns), looking for a pocket recorder. I cannot find mine.....

Noticed last week they had a pair of expensive NEW tan Mil boots.

List price is $180......Ridiculous.

He wanted $65 for them. I do a lot of business there,
he let me have them for the $40 I offered.

I do not need another pair of boots BUT

Phukk yeah. They actually are slightly large so I can wear some of the heavy wool socks that 'Ries Mom gave me over the years. Always was a big Christmas gift from her.
Stopped by there and left 2 jars of Jam for family, one Jelly (no seeds, always bugs her) that was made last August specifically for Rie and a quart of 2 pounds of Spiced, peppered venison.
Asked her Dad to make Chili or stew for the whole family.

Good people, I still love them and consider them friends,
despite the girl that lost her mind.

Edit, also bought 4 'U' joints for trucks. Both rear drive shafts are due for new joints.
Weird thing is computer says Both old Nissan AND old GMC use the same U joint.

Thought that was a weird coincidence!

Finally got those pints of Pickled eggs put up in pantry.

Most of the 1/3 bushel of apples have been sliced to 1/4" and are now in the big dehydrator.

Been working on friend's truck.......still.

I've been over 90% of the wiring harness. It has an intermittent short and possible intermittent open circuit....

Really pissing me off.

Column is unbolted, found 2 additional wiring shorts, melted wires, in the new cabling for the new blinker ass'y he had installed.

But where is the short that is causing the excessive current?

Real pain! Pulling the ignition interlock switch at the base of the column, top side, today.
Switch inspection and clean it up.

Might need to be replaced. Seems like I had to replace this in my Monster Truck some years ago. Almost same model.

Too Funny!!!! He does look smart!

This might sound grose but look up ways to recycle our own recycled waste.

I've found sources on the internet as well. Nothing should go to waste and there are many ways to keep bad bacteria in check with solar and wast composting.

After all we use cow manure! It's all about the food that is eaten. If it's organic and living foods, the wast is also usable.

Manure cannot be used raw or fresh, needs to be aged.

You cannot use fresh cow manure or horse manure or even people manure.

The Meskins often spray it over the fields before it should be used.

This is the source of many E-coli infections and deaths in USA.

Edit, the best way I've heard to use human waste is to put sawdust in 5 gallon buckets. Cover with sawdust when done.
This can go right into a compost bin.
(Make sure you build these far downwind!!)

Goofing off today. I've been crammed under the dash of my friends '86 Chevy truck finding and fixing the electric problems for Phriggen days!

In pretty good shape finally.

Might start the addition or maybe the Geodesic dome this week.

Really need to get my Quad going again. Pulled the battery from the riding mower that won't be needed for a few months.

About $50 for a new battery so that can wait!

Cool. Just walked out to my mail box. Tubes from Florida showed.

Where the hell are my chain saw parts that were SUPPOSEDLY mailed Tuesday from 40 miles away?

This batch of tubes looks pretty good. In the first 4 I've got one bad, one the metal cap on top or 'Anode' is unglued and unsoldered. Can be fixed but I should not have to!

2 tubes test 'as new'.

These are worth $30-$40 each. I paid $40 for the box, shipped on eBay.

Much better than the 5 I received Wednesday. Those cost me a little more, $45 for 5 tubes. Only one does not have a 'Grid Leak' and it is weak....

She will get some scathing feedback and her tubes will be returned.

Dammit......I'm such an ass sometimes....

Tube tester was on wrong settings for a couple of the inputs......shit. Her tubes test great now....

I will apologize to her and give excellent feedback....

Still not good she has not replied to my emails.

Prolly figured she was dealing with a Dumbass.......

Now I'll need to re-test about 20 that I thought are bad in my stocks......

Might be a great day! I bought 10 tubes this past week.
9 are worth $30 each. I paid $90!!
One needs glue and solder the metal Anode cap back on top, it tests 100% new also.

Only one is bad, no 'Heater' or the heating element you see glowing in the old glass Vacuum tubes.

Now, most people would just edit the text above and not admit I made a mistake.
I'm not that kind of guy.
Now if only a certain Red Head could admit she makes mistakes.......

Some observations, and a theory.

Flu numbers are about 4 X That of last years numbers now.

(This was 1st of January)

Rate of infection has doubled numbers in one week reported by "Authorities".

That is ROI (rate of infection per month) of 8.

This will increase rapidly.

60 % of Major hospitals are now full in the bigger cities, with 24-48 hour delay if you go to Emergency room.
Go home, come back later, a waiting list.

My theory,

Of the Quadrupled numbers now sick in midwest, south and east of America,

We have a second strain of Flu being propagated and even promoted by CDC.
Same as last year but this year they admit strain is wrong, never done that before.
Even suggesting getting 3 shots.
Now there is a Darwin award waiting to happen.

I believe a quarter million have died from radiation in America in the last 3 years. Radiation levels are absurd and nothing is being done of any effect at Fukushima.

Make that 1/2 Million, "Flu Symptoms", Heart Attacks, Strokes, Pneumonia, dying from excessive Asthma and breathing problems etc, etc,

Chem Trails are also exceeding insanity levels.

Subsides. Mild illness for weeks. Dying without much more symptoms in 5-6weeks. May or may not get diarrhea and vomiting or additional fever. Bleeding or liquefaction of organs seems to not be common. Maybe 1 in 6 for most Ebola strains
The second wave is about to mature, falling dead starting the 10th of January. I expect another wave to 'Mature' in another 10-14 days. January 20-25.

Infection rates of 8X increases per month right now, rapidly increasing, result of mass transit and sheeple gathering....parties are mostly over with the holidays passing but Gatherings of men watching men playing with Balls will go on all winter.
