I had a heckuva time getting the webcams to work for me. I kept trying and trying and trying to no avail. This is the first time since the fissure erupted. I think it's because there is alot more interest in looking so more demand for webcam access. Keep trying and hopefully it'll come up for you.

Much as I hate to do it, I've got to try for some sleep. I have to be up in about 4 hrs to go to church. I can't get any clear pic from camera 2 - too much blowing dirt and the camera is shaking horribly. But did see some increased smoke or steam rise above the cloud for just a moment, so there is continued activity behind all that dirt.

I'll check back in when I get up...but if the storm is going to get worse, there may not be much to see!!

@window - the fissure has nearly been visible on cam2 - you might be able to grab a shot. I just can't keep sitting and waiting on it to clear enough.

Due to heavy traffic, acces to the mila servers has been regulated, for easy acces for the icelandic people.

The ICAO code for #Bardarbunga has been raised to RED by IMO and all flights directly over the eruption area are banned

IMO report another small fissure eruption has started in Holuhraun, about at the position as the one on Friday am #bardarbunga code red.

post regular screen caps in batches of 5 or 10, and I'll do some gifs, or do them yourself by uploading to Make A Gif,

try and capture shots that are exactly the same, so if you're doing Barda 2, only capture shots when it stops at the same spot

looking at cam 2 makes you wonder if this thing is about to blow

Had the same here in Aussie up until today, could only get the odd single frame, but today Im getting almost steady streaming on both Bard 1 and Bard 2 feeds, go figure.

HOLY SHIT, YOU CAN SEE THE GROUND LITERALLY MAKE A WAVE. I thought it was just the camera for a sec.

I you think the UK is blocked then use a proxy. But I can assure you the UK is not being blocked from the cams.

I have a feeling they're JUST blocking the UK
