You don't understand how aliens communicate. There is sooooo much code. You can't take what they say literally. 7/8 refers to the aliens that are of two of the four portals. One has the number 7 and the other has the number 8.

The Pleadies are supposed to have something to do with the number 7. But Billy Meiers aliens later said they were not really from the Pleadies. They said that you go to the Pleadies then make a right hand turn and go 80 light years. Meaning they are really from the portal that has the number 8 attached to it. They would be 8 dimensional beings.
