Black women are the most heavily advantaged by affirmative action. I would believe that white women may have benefitted more than black men.

If you hire a black woman you get a double minority, plus she's less scary. (They tend to be violent to other black women, see the girlfights on youtube, but that's not our problem.)

Black men have indeed been screwed over. This surely explains some of their violent tendencies. The black family has been destroyed by entitling black women and leaving black men out to become feral. It's the usual prescription to destroy a traditional patriarchial society by advantaging the women and disadvantaging the men. We do it in Africa, and India, and our own inner cities too.

But the solution is not to give blacks more help hoping some of it reaches the men. And we're too weary ourselves to take it seriously when Obama tells us to help black men via "brother's keeper" -- we didn't create their problem, the affirmative action programs did.

The solution is to eliminate all affirmative action and reform TANF. Then black women would want their black men again, we could flush a lot of mediocre black women out of jobs and some of those would maybe go to black men, and things would straighten out.

As it is, you don't hire a black man as a minority, because if you hire a black woman you get a double minority.

The quotation marks bracketing "welfare" denotes that I am including all the different ways that White people wipe your asses for you negroes as welfare.

Of course, affirmative action stigmatized you negroes but that didn't and doesn't mean that you negroes don't grab it with both hands. Affirmative action was instituted for negroes. Later allowed for other pathetic whiners. Like women.
