be VERY careful with kalanopin and alcohol addiction. Honestly, neither should be taken care of on your own. Three years ago, I tried coming off kalanopin on my own numerous times and I kept having seizures from the withdrawals. Age wasnt the factor, I was 27 at the time. The third seizure was life threatening enough to give me the wake up call that told me I needed to go to a place to detox appropriately. Doing it that way i didn't have any life threatening withdrawal symptoms.


Proudly, I have not touched a pharmaceutical since.

Seriously though, be VERY careful.

Alcohol and benzoes are the two substances that the withdrawal can actually kill you. Coming off of these substances should never be taken lightly.

Did you intentionally miss your appointment? Did you plan for this detox? Or did you just sort of wing it?

It sounds like you may not have planned appropriately for a tapering.

no it was a mistake. but my ride knew about at 11am myappt was at 3 .
they just didnt show up

Please don't assume you are safe now. 6 days you are probably over the hump, but withdrawl can still be very deadly at this point.

I drink every night, started increasing over the last 2 years...maybe a whole bottle of wine or a pint of rum from 8pm-midnight while netflixing...It's my little treat after the day and kids go to bed. The only time I smoke too is at night.
As long as I get enough sleep and drink water before bed I seem to feel okay, but some days i know I've overdone it. I know it's a habit of boredom, but haven't been able to shift the behavior...yet.

this is the OP , just to update you guys, im still sober. all the withdrawls / DT's and what have you have went away.. i feel a million times better than i felt a month ago.

I take 4 30mg pure Codeine Phosphate tablets a day and drink half to a full bottle of vodka a day depending on how drowsy I get.
