Will the West Outlaw Islam in Response to ISIL?

I foresee a time when ISIL begins attacking western interests in western countries. When this happens will Islam be declared a rogue and dangerous religion? Will Islamism be declared illegal? Is that what the FEMA camps are actually for? Will all Muslims be rounded up and imprisoned on the possibility they will act illegally? Remember how the Japanese and Germans who were American and Canadian citizens were rounded up, had their possessions confiscated, and put in work camps during WW2 - just 70 years ago?

All Muslims are called to Jihad. This is a fact. How will the west respond?
