Municipal and State police should start focusing on the real enemy, rather than pot smokers and jay walkers, if they have already crossed over the border. Maybe they can play with their new anti mine and assault vehicles and dress up in their SWAT uniforms for a worthwhile endeavor against a "real" enemy. That he had the right to live regardless if he tried to attack a cop or not, or robbed a store. Theyve already judged from a few heresay eyewitnesses without all the evidence being analyzed in a court of law. Bring in ISIS, they work on presenting the opposite lure. Getting over the border is one thing, but to amass weapons of war ie: Rpg's, armored vehicles, rifles, etc, ain't gonna happen.
