When my charter went out not all of it did, I have a nettalk on the line and it worked fine, but my smart phone, which is not, did not, it is home phone and is wireless it works without electricity as long as it is charged, it went out, too! Well that is one idea that doesn't workout all the time. But it is good service. Can not understand why it went out. It came back when the internet did. Something is going on for sure!!! Anonymous Coward User ID: 13137907 United States 08/24/2014 02:02 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I got rid of Charter and their awful service and even worse customer service over a year and a half ago. Best thing I ever did and don't miss them at all. I have AT&T DSL and it is fast, never down and never lags. Charter sucks, and I feel for everyone who has been without today. |
