the first time i had sleep paralysis i could hear bells ringing and there were 3 figures in my room standing over me 2 by the side and 1 at the end

the one closest to me put its face right next to mine couldn't of been more than an inch away

they were tall 6 foot at least but there was no distinguishing marks on them they were just shadowy, and there heads in mass were maby a bit bigger than a humans and seemed slightly oval but not like your classic grey alien

and since then anytime i have had SP i have been able to experience what i think is astral projection a weightless floating feeling

what do you think?

"Razor sharp teeth, always smiling" is not something easy to forget ever seeing..all that metal..I avoided looking in certain areas for quite awhile after seeing something similar to what you describe. Also, I refer to the flash guns as flash lights but definitely not the kind you can buy at the store!

Do you think these entities were physically in your room? Since you said they can appear instantly, maybe they are just projections, or some of extra-dimensional creatures. Do you think it's possible they were cutting open your astral body/dream self image? I'm just wondering how real it really felt to you, as far as the feeling of a dream state or a physical awakened state. I ask because of a theory I have, that these entities play tricks on people to draw fear out of them, to get their energy. Maybe all you saw didn't really happen, but they made you believe it did. Sorry if I come off as very ignorant, since I didn't go through these things.

This way well sound comical, but get a cat and have him sleep at the end of your bed. Your sleep paralysis episodes, or night terrors what ever they may well be, will end.

They look scary as hell in those drawings. I have alien-related MIB-types (don't know how else to explain it) chase me around all day and night (it's been like that for the past decade), but I've never been abducted by aliens or anything.
Didn't know the alien abductions were still going on these days. I mean, I figured since I see crazy stuff on a daily basis, but thought maybe they had just switched the routine.
When any "alien psychics" (there's this crap that's in my head all day and night...) try to freeze me up, I just shake my head until I can move again and that's the end of it (as far as being unable to move).
Metallic teeth? Man, if they made more movies with this stuff, they'd make a mint and maybe scare some folks to death. Those drawings are scary as hell. And a dinosaur, with a lizard? Man, you're going to need a beer...
The only perplexing thing is why they would need a flash gun wand if they can just turn on some bright light and poof?

Dolores Cannon books are very interesting. The Convoluted Universe is very interesting.

I took her class in Arkansas, very interesting. Also I am a Certified Hypnotherapist. There are few people that do regressions in this nature because of the liability but Dolores is one. Very reasonable rates and can help you get to the bottom of these episodes.

I have had clients that have tracking devises in them...they tell us "they see what they see " At one point they stated "they were parasites but NOT in the way we think, that they gather information."

In all of Dolores's client sessions (I believe this is correct) all of the clients say that "it is something we all agree to" regardless how out there we believe it to be.

Psychiatrists now call it the Human abduction Syndrome. They list five traits common to so-called abductees. They treat it as a mental illness, so you need to stop talking about it. TPTB may or may not believe this is abduction by aliens, but they will openly treat it as an illness.

All my life I believed the stories of abduction and communication.
About 15 yrs ago my wife had given me a book on alien abduction
It wasn't thick and read it in one evening.
It described how in some abductions grays would materialize with a purple like mist around them and that the abductees would be paralyzed once they materialized .
I finished the book late and went to bed. I woke up seeing a little gray materializing in the doorway in a purple mist( never before this book) Doorway is about two steps from the bed.
Before it was fully there I jumped up and came down with my fist on his head. In a hammering motion.
It disappeared before I could feel the impact.
My wife wakes up asked me what's wrong and told her.
Did that book put the ideas in my head or did ET think the book opened my mined up enough to present them selfs to me.
It never happened since.
This has only happened with shadow figures in the past.
Always disappearing before I made physical contact,always in the first stages of sleep and waking up as I'm attacking image.
I always had a vivid imagination. Or do I become more conches
When I'm sleeping? Closer to that vail.

I have gotten into fights with them...they are rediculously strong and can throw you around like a rag doll even tho they look so fragile.

I saw 2 of the tall grays during a camping trip, deep in the woods. I saw a bright light fly overhead and land at the top of a hill and felt compelled to check it out. I got to the light and was approached by these beings. I lost consciousness and awoke to malevolent voices in my head. They tormented me for a long time before I prayed to Jesus for help. The voices instantly stopped and I regained control over my thoughts.

This happened 4 years ago and I still can't go a day without thinking about it at least once. I have found Jesus since then and I'm no longer afraid of these demonic beings.
