Digiorno pizza tastes so fake. What is the best frozen Pizza??

I like Red Baron or Tombstones.

But honestly, best thing is to make it yourself or just get take out from a restaurant that does wood fired pizzas.

i think thin crust frescheta is the best commonly available. California kitchens is crap.

There is none that tastes good - make your own

yield: 2 - 12in pizzas

2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper (optional)
1 TBL freshly chopped Rosemary (optional)
1 tsp Baker's Instant Yeast (adjust if using packet or cake yeast)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 3/4 cups water

knead until smooth - aprx 10 min.

divide in half, form into balls, roll in olive oil and place in a covered bowl to rise for about an hour

form your pizza and prebake at 475 for about 5 - 10 minutes

oil or butter the crust - add sauce, toppings and cheese and bake until done

note: if using any other yeast than Instant - like rapid rise or cake, activate in warm water first - 110F

Chicago town stuffed crust pepperoni is pretty fucking good. Anytime I try and make homemade pizza it tastes like the inside of a fake leg.

use Italian Caputo 00 flour

you can also substitute coconut oil for olive oil but make sure it is warm first and add if first and then the water

It's not easy working with yeast, is it? Baking is an art :-) I make pizza dough with olive oil, flour and water. I'm gonna brave it an do a proper one the weekend. I'll send you a slice :-)

that's why I suggested the instant yeast - mix it straight in with the flour and no need to worry about the temperature

the most important thing is putting love into it while you knead. yeast is a alive, communicate with it.

Home Run Inn. I discovered this a few months ago. Only thing I buy now. All natural, uncured meat, absolutely the best. I prefer the thin crust over regular crust.
