What surprises me is how many people in this thread are all saying what my country's problem is and how we should handle it. And probably NONE of them have even visited my country.

France's problem is our culture.

We are a CLASS based society and we have a culture of exclusivity. The way France "works" is the way England used to work in the year 1900 (Edwardian England)
